    Description

1934 Goudey Lou Gehrig #61 SGC 10 Poor 1. On the brink of his '34 Triple Crown season, Lou is depicted from the waist up wielding the lumber that would help him attain that goal. One of two of Gehrig entries in the 1934 Goudey issue, both of which are considered among the "must have" vintage cards in the hobby let alone "Iron Horse" fans. Here we present his #61 card, graded SGC 10 Poor 1. A single punch hole and cut in the stock from the right of the punch hole to the right edge account for the technical assessment. There are no major creases, wrinkles or surface loss.
