    Description

1934-36 Diamond Stars Jimmie Foxx #64 PSA NM-MT 8. Foxx became the second player in MLB history to hit 500 career home runs, attaining that plateau at age 32 years and 336 days. For many years he held the record for the youngest major leaguer to reach 500 home runs. His three career Most Valuable Player awards are tied for second all-time. Foxx was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1951. A beautiful representation from this popular National Chicle issue featuring Boston Red Sox slugger Jimmie Foxx. Lush, deep hues, nice corners and clean front and back surfaces are clearly evident. Graded PSA NM-MT 8 for all of these attributes.
