    Description

1933 World Wide Gum Frank Frisch #49 PSA NM-MT 8 - Pop One, One Higher. Considering his many accomplishments on the field, it is surprising Frank Frisch is not afforded more respect. He is one of the greatest switch-hitters of all-time who contributed a great amount of the success enjoyed by "The Gashouse Gang" in the 1930's. The Cards would win four pennants eight seasons with Frisch in the batting order. The lifetime .316 BA is the highest ever for a switch hitter. What will not go without respect is this example of his scarce 1933 Goudey World Wide Gum card #49. It is one of the finest known. Graded PSA NM-MT 8. Current total pop is just twenty-five compared to almost 400 of the US version. The only card in NM/MT with one higher.
