    Description

1933 Goudey Napoleon Lajoie #106 SGC 35 Good+ 2.5. Offered is one of the most famous cards in the entire hobby. Despite not ever finding one inside a standard wax paper pack during spring, summer or fall of 1933 as was 99.5% of the rest of the set, undeterred hobbyists had to make some effort to acquire card number 106. We assume that effort was writing a letter (or having morn or dad do it) and mailing it to the Boston offices of Goudey Gum Co. Even then it was not until the later half of 1934 to become whole. Any example is a prized entry in any collection large or small.

Graded SGC Good+ 2.5. A solid example of one of the most iconic cards in the hobby. His portrait presents very nicely with centering that borderlines on perfection. Wear at corners seems to be the reason for the SGC assessment including one which has top surface layer loss.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am regarding the sale of my hockey jersey. You were great to work with, you answered all my phone calls and e-mails in a prompt manner, and you did a great job marketing the jersey.
