Description

1933 Goudey Babe Ruth #53 PSA Poor 1. Babe Ruth, a Hall of Fame slugger who is largely considered the most influential player in Major League history, revolutionized the game with his power at the plate. He finished his illustrious career with 714 home runs, 2,214 runs batted in, a .342 lifetime batting average, and a .690 slugging percentage. A 12-time home run leader and seven-time World Series champion (three with the Red Sox, four more with the Yankees), Ruth's larger-than-life presence helped define the sport's golden age.

Card #53 from the 1933 Goudey set is one of four Ruth cards found in the iconic release and remains a cornerstone of prewar collecting. Its bold design, bright yellow background and historic significance make it one of the most sought-after cards in the hobby. Despite some obvious edge and corner wear, this remains a coveted Ruth collectible. Graded PSA Poor 1.
