1933 Goudey Babe Ruth #53 PSA NM-MT 8 - Only One Higher. Among the company's prized quartet of Babe Ruth entries, this "Yellow Background" 1933 Goudey card effectively conveys the Bambino's joy in the game to the greatest extent. Holding and swinging the bat, while allowing just the beginnings of a smile, Ruth seems every bit a man content with his assured immortality. Of the four cards that provide an illustration of the larger than life baseball child, card #53 or the "Yellow Ruth" as many call it, is noticeably scarcer than the others in any level of preservation.Graded PSA NM-MT 8. This is one of fourteen treasured examples at the NM-MT grade level with just one lone copy grading higher.
