    Description

1933 Goudey Babe Ruth #149 SGC 50 VG/EX 4. The game's greatest star from the era's most popular set. Centering and corner wear are the only factors preventing this card from a higher mark. This is one of the three bust-posed images of Babe Ruth included in the 1933 Goudey set. Ruth may have been near the end of his illustrious career by 1933; but in typical Ruthian fashion, he managed a home run in the inaugural All-Star game held that year in Chicago.
