Description

1933 George C. Miller Dizzy Dean PSA EX 5 - Pop Three, Three Higher! The 1933 George C. Miller set, issued in one-cent packages of toffee during the grim days of the Great Depression, features unique artwork that is very much of that era. The thirty-two card set features sixteen AL ballplayers and sixteen of their NL counterparts. Offered is a great example of one of the most famous players of that time: Dizzy Dean. "Ol' Diz" would catapult his way to superstardom during the 1934 season when he won a remarkable 30 games against only 7 losses that year. Our offered is equally remarkable- a PSA EX 5 example of Dean's George C. Miller card. Only three at this grade and three higher from a total population of twenty-four.
