Description
1974 Topps Test Baseball Puzzles Near Set (11/12). This near set of 11 1974 Topps Test Puzzles never saw public distribution. Each puzzle measures 5" X 7 1/8" and contains 40 pieces. Nine of the 11 puzzles are well centered with the exception of Nolan Ryan and Dick Allen which are shifted to the left and have no right border, a typical ailment for this release. Also included is a trio of the 29-cent wrappers, each featuring Tom Seaver. Missing Jackson for completion. The near set includes: Hank Aaron, Dick Allen, Johnny Bench, Bobby Bonds, Bob Gibson, Bobby Murcer, Jim Palmer, Nolan Ryan, Tom Seaver, Willie Stargell and Carl Yastrzemski.
