1953 Johnston Cookies Milwaukee Braves Complete Set (25) - #2 on the PSA Set Registry. Ranking: #2 on the "All-Time Finest" list on the PSA Set Registry with an 8.0 (NM-MT) GPA. This set was the first of what turned into three annual issues showcasing the Milwaukee Braves. The '53 cards circulated inside boxes of Johnston cookies with complete sets available via a mail-in offer from the company. Johnston's was the perfect partner to offer these cards as their factory sat in the shadow of Milwaukee County Stadium. This is a very attractive set with an overall "pack fresh" appeal. Eleven cards represent the highest grade level on record with PSA.
