1951 Topps Connie Mack All-Time All-Stars Complete Proof Set (11) & Major League All-Stars Proof Near Set (8/11) PSA Authentic - All Pop One! One of the first baseball card issues produced by Topps were 11-card tributes titled "Connie Mack's All-Time All-Star Team" and "Major League All-Stars." Both showcased a line-up of baseball's past and current greats. This offered sets are PSA encapsulated proof /production sheet cards with blank backs. Cards distributed to the public were die cut, which allowed collectors to fold the die-cut portion in order to create a makeshift display piece. These offered proofs are not die-cut and the Major League All-Star cards are all blank back. Each card is encapsulated PSA Authentic. The Walt Dropo and Yogi Berra cards have been signed and PSA/DNA certified.
