    1951 Topps Blue Backs High Grade Complete Set (52) Plus Wrapper. The little game cards, launched by Topps as part of the company's first offensive against Bowman's unquestioned market supremacy, are much tougher to acquire in high grade than is often assumed. Top quality specimens contain hidden spider creases on the reverse. A very pleasing set. A total of 14 cards have been graded by PSA. The paper wrapper presents EX/MT with folds as issued. Highlights include: Graded Cards - PSA MINT 9: 2 cards w/#'s 2 Majeski and 38 Noren; PSA NM-MT 8: 6 cards w/#'s 32, 33, 36, 37 Doerr, 48 and 50 Mize; PSA NM 7: 6 cards w/#'s 5, 7, 19, 20 Branca, 31 and 39. Ungraded Cards - include #'s 3 Ashburn (EX), Schoendienst (NM) and 30 Slaughter (EX). Grades 57% NM to NM/MT, 24% EX to EX/MT, 19% VG to VG/EX. SMR value exceeds $1,200.
