Presented is 72-card near set of 1941 Playball baseball, featuring 1940's superstars Joe DiMaggio, Ted Williams, Jimmie Foxx, Hank Greenberg, and a fresh-faced Brooklyn Dodger named Pee-Wee Reese and much more. Unlike the gum makers two previous releases, the card fronts are printed in color. Highlights include: Graded - SGC 86 NM+ 7.5: 1 card, #15 Cronin; SGC 80 EX/NM 6: 2 cards, #'s 26 and 39 Henrich; SGC 70 EX+ 5.5: 2 cards, #'s 18 Greenberg and 51; SGC 60 EX 5: 5 cards, #'s 10 Vaughn, 19 Gehringer, 20 Ruffing, 61 Vince DiMaggio and 71 Joe DiMaggio; SGC 50 VG/EX 4: 1 card, #64 Doerr; SGC 40 VG 3: 2 cards, #'s 14 Williams and 54 Reese.
