1941 Goudey Baseball Near Master Set (129/132) Plus Wrapper. The final Goudey baseball card series. The 1941 Goudey issue was unlike anything that had put out previously. A 33-player checklist offered with four different background colors: Red, Blue, Green and Yellow. A couple known short-prints, make the basic set a difficult task, but a master set? Nearly unheard of. Offered is the most complete master set we have ever seen- 129 of 132 possible player/color combinations. Missing only #'s 22/Yellow, 23/Red and 32/Yellow. Included is a complete Blue set, a complete Green set and near complete Yellow and Red sets. A total of 14 cards have been graded by PSA. Also included is a wrapper which is extremely rare and hard to find in any condition. This one presents in EX condition. Includes: PSA NM 7: 1 card, #15/Yellow (mc); PSA EX-MT 6: 3 cards, #'s 7/Yellow, 8/Yellow, 19/Green; PSA EX+ 5.5: 1 card, #13/Red; PSA EX 5: 2 cards, #'s 20 Hubbell/Blue (mc), 33 Ott/Green; PSA VG-EX 4: 2 cards, #'s 33 Ott/Blue, 33 Ott/Yellow (mc); PSA VG 3: 3 cards, #'s 20 Hubbell/Yellow, 20 Hubbell/Green, 33 Ott/Red; PSA GD+ 2.5: 1 card, #19/Yellow; PSA GOOD 2: 1 card, #20 Hubbell/Red.
