Utilizing a seemingly endless selection of quality portraits, Gum Inc. issued Their "Play Ball" series in 1939 and ushered in a new albeit brief era of baseball cards. Ted Williams makes his first appearance on a card, this presentation offers a solid middle grade example. Eight cards have been graded by PSA.
