1928 Exhibits Baseball Complete Set (64) - Ranked #2 All-Time and Current Finest on the PSA Set Registry! 1928 was a year of notable events, the discovery of penicillin, the first cartoon featuring Mickey Mouse as Steamboat Willie and quite possibly the 2nd most important technological advance, sliced bread was unleashed on the public. As they had many years before, The Exhibit Supply Company out of Chicago released this offered 1928 Exhibit card set which is a striking issue distinguished by its soft blue tint and minimalist design, emblematic of the era's aesthetic. Player names and team affiliations appear in the lower corners, accompanied by the "Made in U.S.A." and "Ex. Sup. Co., Chgo." markings, denoting its origin with the Exhibit Supply Company of Chicago.
