1987 Donruss and Fleer Greg Maddux Rookie Card Collection (155). An anomaly in an era of dominant fastballers, Greg Maddux sticks out as not only one of the best control pitchers of his day, but is among the finest of all time. His tenure with the Cubs and Braves has established him as one of the most reliable aces of his day. Offered here is a tremendous collection of 49 of his 1987 Donruss rookie cards (47 of card #36, one '87 Leaf #36, one The Rookies #52), a tough find in such condition due to the black and green borders plus 106 of his 1987 Fleer Update rookie cards (#68U). The Donruss cards grade 45% NM/MT, 45% NM, 10% lesser; the Fleer Update cards grade 90% NM to NM/MT (more NM/MT), 10% lesser.
