    1939 Play Ball Baseball Signed Cards Collection (72). Offered is a collection of 72 Play Ball brand baseball cards from 1939, each displays a signature of the respective subject. The lot includes: #'s 2, 4, 5, 6 Durocher, 7 Doerr, 17, 18 (2), 21 (2), 22, 23 (2), 28, 29, 31, 35, 39, 42, 44, 45, 47, 48 Gomez, 52, 53 Hubbell (2), 54 (2), 57 (2), 61 (3), 63, 64, 65 (2), 67, 69 (3), 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 79 (3), 81 (2), 83, 84, 85, 86, 88 Keller, 91, 95 (3), 96, 98, 99 (3), 101 (2), 111 (2), 113 Schandt and 114 (2). Cards are mostly VG to EX with some lesser and some nicer. All but two signatures have been inscribed in blue or black. Some have been written in marker but almost all are ink pen. Signatures grade "7" to "10" quality with just a few lesser.
