    Description

1964 Topps Pete Rose #125 SGC NM+ 7.5. Born April 14, 1941 in Cincinnati, Ohio; Pete Rose would apply his craft for the hometown Reds in 19 of his 24 Major League seasons. He willed his way to 4,256 career hits, surpassing the previous mark of 4,189 set by the great Ty Cobb. This card from the 1964 Topps issue is significant for the fact it is his first solo Topps card issue. Attractive example that has been graded SGC NM+ 7.5.
