    Description

1963 Topps Pete Rose - 1963 Rookie Stars #537 PSA NM-MT 8. Born April 14, 1941 in Cincinnati, Ohio, Pete Rose would apply his craft for the hometown Reds in 20 of his 24 Major League seasons. He willed his way to 4,256 career hits, surpassing the previous mark of 4,189 set by the great Ty Cobb. This rookie card from the 1963 Topps issue is significant for his inclusion as a fresh-faced 22-year old second baseman. Attractive high grade example with mild corner tip and edge wear and brilliant colors. Graded PSA NM-MT 8.
