1963 Fleer Baseball SGC-Graded Complete Set (67) - A Stunning Mostly NM-MT or Better Accomplishment. Modification to catalog copy reflected in italicized text below:

Every card has been graded by SGC. 1963 was the one brief year a nationally issued baseball card set appeared which didn't have the Topps brand name. Thankfully, peppered among the 66 subjects chosen (plus a rare unnumbered checklist) is a nice selection of the day's top names who would eventually make their way into Baseball's Hall of Fame. Forgoing the gum insert standard, a small cookie was enclosed in each pack as an added bonus. It takes more than one review to truly appreciate the treasure we now present. It boldly stands in direct defiance of the usual condition problem associated with this issue, namely centering. The meticulous nature of the consignor who assembled this stunning gallery is painfully obvious. With an impressive 85% of the set earning NM-MT to GEM MT assessments, only a small amount of effort and some luck is necessary to achieve world-class status. To date, of the nearly 2,400 '63 Fleers graded by SGC, only six have been deemed 98 Gem Mint 10 and this set has two of those treasured half dozen subjects. Includes: Graded - SGC 98 GEM MINT 10: 2 cards w/#'s 26 Terry and 64 Cepeda; SGC 96 MINT 9: 30 cards w/#'s 2, 3, 4 Robinson, 7, 9, 14, 18, 20, 27, 28, 30, 31, 33, 34 Pinson, 36, 37, 38, 39, 41 Drysdale, 43 Wills, 45 Spahn, 46 Adcock SP, 47 Craig, 49, 52, 53, 54, 59 Mazeroski, 61 Gibson and 66 O'Dell; SGC 92 NM/MT+ 8.5: 17 cards w/#'s 1 Barber, 8 Yastrzemski, 10, 13, 15, 16, 24, 32 Santo, 35, 42 Koufax, 44, 55, 56 Clemente, 57, 60 Boyer, 62 and 65; SGC 88 NM/MT 8: 8 cards w/#'s 6, 11, 19, 21, 22 Kaat, 25 Richardson, 50 and 63 White; SGC 86 NM+ 7.5: 1 card, #12; SGC 84 NM 7: 6 cards w/#'s 5 Mays, 23, 29, 40, 48 and 51; SGC 80 EX/NM 6: 2 cards w/#'s 17 and 58; SGC 70 EX+ 5.5: 1 card, NNO Checklist SP.
