1961 Topps Juan Marichal #417 PSA NM 7. The right-hander was a Dominican native whose childhood friends included the Alou brothers - Felipe, Matty, and Jesus, who all became outfielders on the San Francisco Giants and played on the same squad as Juan. Eventually, Juan signed with the San Francisco Giants and made the big leagues in 1960, and played 16 seasons with the Giants. In 1963, Marichal and the Milwaukee Braves' Warren Spahn pitched what is termed "The Greatest Game Ever Pitched." Both pitchers pitched the whole way in a game that went scoreless into the bottom of the 16th inning. Then Willie Mays hit a homer off the 42-year-old Spahn to win it 1-0 for the Giants.

Marichal pitched a no-hitter in 1968, made 10 All-Star teams, led the NL in wins in '68, ERA in '69, and finished with a lifetime 243-142 record with a career 2.89 ERA. Here is a Hall of Famer's near mint rookie card. Graded PSA NM 7.
