1958 Topps Mantle/ Aaron "World Series Batting Foes" #418 PSA Mint 9 - None Higher. Without a doubt, one of the more exciting marketing moves to get more HoFers to appear on more cards was the "dual-player" cards that Topps introduced in 1957, after the O'Brien Brothers card from 1954. This concept was continued until 1969. One of and quite possibly the most popular of these cards is card #418 from the 1958 Topps series that featured two of Baseball's greatest hitters in Mickey Mantle and Hank Aaron. How do you not love a card that offers the two best batsmen of their era? Mantle and Aaron went head-to-head for the 1957 October classic with the crown going to Hammerin' Hank and the Milwaukee Braves. From that match-up came this dual-player classic. Graded PSA Mint 9, extremely clean card with four high quality corners, a crisp image, and bold colors. One of fifteen cards graded Mint with none higher.
