    Description

1914 E145-1 Cracker Jack Ty Cobb #30 PSA EX-MT 6. Though there was little that the word "sweet" could be used to describe the Georgia Peach, he ranks as the first or second most desirable entry from the hobby's most popular candy issue. Distributed unprotected inside boxes of Cracker Jacks during what was another batting crown season for Cobb, the bold coloring and artful portraiture that characterizes the set is entirely evident. The surfaces present far better than usually encountered with 1914 examples. Typical corner wear for the grade, strong centering and minimal candy residue affect the technical assessment. An attractive example of one of Cobb's nicest card collectibles.
