Description

1914 Cracker Jack Branch Rickey #133 PSA VG-EX+ 4.5. While Rickey's days in uniform as both a player and manager can be described as undistinguished, his brilliant front office work and passion for the game ranks him among the most important executives in the history of Major League Baseball. Best remembered today as the man who guided Jackie Robinson across the color line in 1947 and single-handedly ended decades of racial injustice within our National Pastime. His total population is only twenty-five. This is the only card in VG/EX+ with four rated higher.
