    Description

1910 E102 Set Of 25 Dots Miller (Fielding) SGC 50 VG/EX 4. There are a number of famous rarities in the hobby. For "E" card specialists, one of the most famous is Dots Miller in his "Fielding" pose from the E102 series. This card is so rare it is not recorded in Jim Egan's comprehensive "Handbook to U.S. Early Candy and Gum Baseball Issues." Since detailing the poses, there is just one confirmed entry on the SGC census but ten of the Batting variety. Of the almost thirty unspecified submissions for Miller we have no hesitation saying most of those will be the "Batting" version. This is a solid mid-grade example and quite possibly the finest "Fielding" example recorded to date. Graded SGC 50 VG/EX 4.
