    Description

1909 E95 Philadelphia Caramel Ed Cicotte PSA NM 7 - Pop Three, None Higher. Ed Cicotte was one of the finest hurlers of his era but instead of being known for his pitching skills he will forever be known as the pitcher who hit It Morrie Rath to start off the 1919 World Series letting co-conspirators know the fix was on. Issued in 1909, it would be another decade before he would go from famous to infamous. This is a very sharp card with a beautiful portrait. Graded PSA NM 7. One of only three cards graded NM with none rated higher.
