    Description

1909-11 T206 Piedmont Willie Keeler, With Bat PSA NM-MT 8. Profound words do inspire but at times simplicity works too. When asked for his philosophy on hitting, "Wee Willie" Keeler once said, "Hit 'em where they ain't." Who would argue with one of the game's early great batters. The 5'4" and 140 lb. dynamo practiced what he preached, registering batting averages of .424 in 1897 and .385 in 1898 and it took eighty years for another great hitter, Pete Rose, to tie Keeler's 1897 NL mark of 44 consecutive games with a hit in 1978. The most critical with note the lone stray spot of ink in the bottom border. That aside, the slightest evidence of wear at corner tips is the only condition issue of note. One of three confirmed Piedmont in NM-MT with two higher, seven other unknown brands equal with one higher.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am regarding the sale of my hockey jersey. You were great to work with, you answered all my phone calls and e-mails in a prompt manner, and you did a great job marketing the jersey.
