    Description

1903 E107 Breisch Williams Elmer Flick SGC 40 VG 3. Graded 40 VG 3 by SGC, one of a pair at this grade with one higher. Offered is a solid middle grade rookie card of Baseball HoFer Elmer Flick. Flick's hitting ability was such that he was offered in trade for some new kid named Ty Cobb. The E107 Breisch Williams series is highly regarded by advanced vintage hobbyists as it is the only series to capture both late-19th and early-20th Century stars. The front displays a few age spots, none of which greatly impacts the nicely centered formal portrait of Flick. The card displays a boldly printed "One of a hundred and fifty prominent Baseball players" reverse. A very tough rookie card of a very talented member of Baseball's Hall of Fame.
