1888 N43 Allen & Ginter "The World's Champions, 2nd Series" Collection (18). Allen & Ginter reissued their own insert productions in the form of expanded 3-3/16" x 2-7/8" collectibles. These larger varieties are considered by many to be the most attractive 19th Century offerings. Building on the N29 series, the N43 versions of "The World's Champions-2nd Series" are quite scarce and make for prized discoveries. Eight cars have been graded by PSA. Includes: Graded Cards - Graded PSA EX-MT 6 (MC): 1 card, Carter; PSA EX+ 5.5: 1 card, Murphy/Pugilist; PSA VG-EX+ 4.5: 3 cards w/ Getzin/Baseball, Hill and O'Connor; SGC VG-EX 4: Stone; PSA VG 3: 2 cards w/ Ewing/Baseball and Morrell/Baseball. Ungraded Cards - Includes: Bauer, Boyton, Crocker, Ford, George, Ives, McCormack, Ross, Rowe and Webb. Overall, the collection grades VG to EX+ with one slightly lesser.
