Signed 1954 Topps Hank Aaron #128 BAS Auto Authentic. Many fans regard Aaron as the true "Non-Steroid Era" champ. Aaron never hit 50 home runs in a season. Perhaps if Aaron had played a good part of his career in New York, the enhanced media coverage of his early career would have made apparent Aaron's all-around skills. He was an outstanding right fielder with a fine arm, he could run, he hit for average (.305 lifetime), and, as did one of his early idols, Joe DiMaggio, he always threw to the right base. The HOF player had 3,771 hits, two batting titles, and was a 21-time All-Star. Hammerin' Hank holds MLB career records for RBI (2,297) and total bases (6,856). Offered is a signed example of Aaron's rookie card. Certified BAS Auto Authentic.
