Offered is the following trio of signed 3.5x5.5" government postcards:

Clark Griffith, bold blue ink, some interference in the signature by postmark transfer, no other major flaws. Reverse is dated June 14, 1952. Sender of the postcard included the following message, "5/13/52 Dear Clark, I've been a Washington rooter for years. We're still in the race & I'm sure hoping the Senators can do it this year. I would be very proud to have you autograph this card for me. Thank you, Ronald Seidel."

Gil Hodges, "Best Wishes", bold black ink, light postmark transfer that does not impede on the signature, no major flaws. Postmarked Jun 1952 on the reverse. Sender of the postcard included the following message, "6/13/52 Dear Gil, Thanks for your inspired play on late. I've written you before, but I guess you haven't had a chance to answer yet. Won't you please autograph this card for me? I sure would appreciate it. Thanks a lot, Gil, a loyal dodger rooter, Ronald Seidel."

Daniel Topping (Yankees' President and part-owner from 1945-1964), solid blue ink, some postmark transfer that does overlap the signature, no other major flaws. Postmarked January 24, 1953.

The hammer price for my Mantle card significantly exceeded my admittedly conservative estimations, and I couldn't be more pleased.
