Freddie Lindstrom Signed Photograph Lot of 2.
Summoned to replace an injured Heinie Groh at the hot corner for the New York Giants in 1924, Freddie Lindstrom became the youngest player to ever appear in a postseason game when the 18-year old knocked four hits off of Walter Johnson. Babe Ruth thought so highly of the third baseman that he picked him over Pie Traynor leading up to the first inter-league All-Star game in 1933. Lindstrom was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1976 by the Veteran's Committee.

Offered are a pair of 8x10" photographs signed by Lindstrom, one in black felt-tip and the other in green with the inscription "With Best Wishes." Light-to-moderate wear exhibited. Pre-Certified by PSA/DNA

The hammer price for my Mantle card significantly exceeded my admittedly conservative estimations, and I couldn't be more pleased.
