    Circa 1919 Charles Comiskey Handwritten & Signed Note. Taken from a State of California legal document or proclamation, this 6.5x5" cut bears the state seal and the autographs William Stephens (governor of California from 1917-23) and Frank H. Corey (deputy secretary of state), who signed for Frank C. Jordan, (secretary of state of California from 1911-40), on the front, with "Best wishes and a pleasant journey home. Chas A. Comiskey" on the back. The namesake of Comiskey Park signs, large and bold, in jet black 9.5/10 steel-tip fountain pen. Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
