    Description

Bill Buckner and Mookie Wilson Dual-Signed Baseball Display. Bill Buckner's playing career lasted for over twenty years, but he is most famous for the costly error he committed in the 1986 World Series, allowing the winning run to score and force a game seven, eventually won by the New York Mets. Offered is a 22" x 14" shadow box with an unsigned 8" x 10" photo portraying the instant after the infamous play took place. A 1986 World Series ball is mounted under the photo signed by Buckner, and the batter Mookie Wilson, and dated 10/25/86. JSA Auction LOA.
