    Description

1969 New York Mets Signed "Portfolio of Stars." This collection of individual portraits by Ron Stark that was distributed by New York City's Daily News has long been popular with autograph hounds, who worked to seek out all members of this miraculous World Championship squad to secure their signatures. One collector has done just that, successfully tracking down sixteen of the twenty Mets pictured and acquiring 10/10 black sharpie signatures on each 9x12" print. Highlights include Ryan, Seaver, Agee, Koosman, Swoboda, Shamsky, Kranepool, Jones, Harrelson, Grote, Gentry and Clendenon. Only Hodges, Taylor, McGraw and Cardwell are present in unsigned state. The portfolio folder is also signed by Ryan is 10/10 blue ink. A few of the prints exhibit minor bends at the corners that should be invisible upon framing. A great way to fill a wall of your trophy room with Amazin' memories. LOA from PSA/DNA. LOA from James Spence Authentication.
