1965 Jackie Robinson Handwritten Signed Letter. The most inspiring figure in the history of professional baseball offers words of inspiration. His brief handwritten letter, dated "6-1-65," reads, in full, "To the Settlement and Day Care Center and its young people with best wishes. I hope you are developing your selves so you may someday be the adult leaders our society can be proud of. Work hard now so your future can be bright. Sincerely, Jackie Robinson." The "Hilton Inn" of Milwaukee letterhead shows original mailing folds but is otherwise NRMT, as is the writing itself. Page measures 6x9.5". Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.
