1952 John Donaldson Completed & Signed Questionnaire. One of the greatest southpaws in Negro League history, Donaldson dominated hitters for over two decades and inspired New York Giants manager John McGraw to estimate his value at $50,000 to the Majors had he been white. Donaldson's rare autograph appears at lower right of this form mailed to him by baseball historian Karl Wingler, with Donaldson also providing such details as birthdate, height, weight and date of marriage. All ink is 10/10, and page exhibits original mailing folds and staple holes and rust stains, but otherwise no problems. Original mailing envelope included. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.
