    1942 Napoleon "Larry" Lajoie Signed Government Postcard. Number fourteen on the career hits chart with an impressive 3,242, Lajoie was so popular in his day that the Cleveland ballclub he represented was nicknamed the Naps in his honor. Here we find a 9/10 black ink autograph in his standard "Larry Lajoie" format. He adds the date of "Nov. 16th/42." Postmark from "Hendersonville, NC." Postcard exhibits some creasing and is affixed with tape to a matted display, paired with a Perez-Steele card. Full dimensions 13x9". Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
