1938 Baseball Autograph Album with Two Jimmie Foxx Signatures, Herb Pennock. Intriguing little volume contains a scattering of signatures that appear to have mainly been acquired at Fenway Park in July of 1938. Most appealing is the pair of Foxx autographs: one personalized and a bold 10/10, and the other unpersonalized and 9/10. Also here is the tough Herb Pennock, Mickey Cochrane, Bobby Doerr, and even a nice unpersonalized inscription from singer Ella Fitzgerald. About a dozen autographs in all, the balance largely lesser Red Sox, with an easy 9+/10 average. The leather exterior of the book shows some wear, but all interior pages are free of condition flaws. LOA from PSA/DNA.
