1930's Mel Ott Signed Autographs Lot of 2. Intriguing pair of autographed pieces memorializes the third member of the 500 Home Run Club, a man whose fatal car accident in 1958 has resulted in a genuine dearth of signatures available today. First is a French postcard inscribed "To Charlene, Very Best Wishes, Mel Ott" on verso in 9/10 black fountain pen ink. Second is an equally strong inscription on a piece of German currency, reading "To My Friend Abe, Best Always, Mel Ott." Bill shows handling wear and is folded into quarters, but to little visual distraction. Postcard is EX+. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.

I will definitely consider using Heritage again, as I have other items that might benefit from being offered at auction.
