    Description

1959 Warren Giles Signed Dodger Stadium Letter. Brooklyn's beloved Dodgers uprooted in 1958 to move to their current home in Los Angeles, leaving broken hearts far and wide in New York City. For four years the team called Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum home before Dodger Stadium was ready to move into. The offered letter is typed on National League stationery and signed by Warren Giles in 9/10 ink. It references some of the rules the team would need to follow on the proposed stadium including distances, dugouts, fences and umpire dressing rooms. A very historic one-of-a-kind letter for the Dodgers mega fan. Measures 8.5x11" on two pages. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.
