    1946 Herb Pennock Signed Letter. Offered is a letter typed out and signed by then-Philadelphia Phillies General Manager Herb Pennock, who is most known for his Hall of Fame playing career with the Athletics, Red Sox and Yankees. The letter exhibits folding creases that just barely touch the strong black fountain signature. Mild toning of the 7x8" paper exhibited. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
