    Description

1970 Jeff Torborg Game Worn Jersey. Catcher Jeff Torborg was part of some historical baseball games as he served as the batterymate for both Sandy Koufax for his perfect game as well as Nolan Ryan's first of seven no-hitters. Here we offer a game-worn home white Los Angeles Dodgers jersey as worn by Torborg during the 1970 season. All identifiers are applied in felt on this Spalding jersey. "Torborg" and "44 70" are found embroidered in the tail along with a laundry tag with "SET 1 #8P 1970 flap tag. Glue remnants from a number change are on front and verso.
