Stained; Carl "Dutch" Clarke - Index card signed on blank side in blue pen. Added "To Roger, Kindest Regards"; Bill Dudley - Promo card signed on front in blue pen. Added "Best Wishes"; Clarke Hinkle - Index card signed on lined side in brown marker; Elroy "Crazy Legs" Hirsh - Index card signed on blank side in dark blue pen. Added "1968"; John Henry Johnson - Index card signed on blank side in dark blue pen; George McAfee - Promo card signed on front in blue marker; Kent McCloughan - Index card signed on lined side in black pen; Ernie Nevers - Index card signed on lined side in blue pen; Leo Nomellini - Index card signed on blank side in dark blue pen. Added "49ers" and "NFL Hall of Fame 1969". Pre-Certified by PSA/DNA.
