    James "Cool Papa" Bell & Buck Leonard Signed Index Cards Lot of 7. Two of the great players in the Negro Leagues, "Cool Papa" Bell was considered by many to be the fastest man to ever play the game. He was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1974. Buck Leonard was a multi-talented player who, at the age of 45 was offered a major league contract. Until his death, he was the foremost ambassador for the Negro Leagues and their rightful place in history. We offer four signed index cards from the hand of James "Cool Papa" Bell and three signed index cards from the hand of Buck Leonard. LOA from PSA/DNA.
