    Description

George Sisler Signed Index Card, PSA/DNA Gem Mint 10. George Sisler is one of the greatest batters our National Pastime has ever seen. His record of 257 hits in 1920 stood for over eight decades. His 1922 campaign, punctuated by a stunning .420 batting average and league-leading totals in hits (246), stolen bases (51) and triples (18), is widely considered one of the best individual single seasons in baseball history. He was a landslide winner of the 1922 American League MVP Award. Upon retirement Sisler had racked up over 100 home runs, over 2,800 hits and a lifetime batting average of .340.

This 3x5" index card has been penned with a Gem Mint blue ballpoint signature from the famed batsman. Only minor wear exhibited. Encapsulated by PSA/DNA, Gem Mint 10.
