Brooklyn Dodgers Signed Index Cards Lot of 43 with Branch Rickey, Gil Hodges. More Bums than a Bowery soup kitchen here, as one collector has compiled an assortment of Ebbets residents sure to please collectors and dealers alike. Scarcest in the lot is Branch Rickey, the man who sent Jackie Robinson across the color line. The autograph rates a 9/10, but is unfortunately coated with some form of shellac that has turned the card the color of rust. Other notables include Hodges, Koufax, MacPhail, Durocher, Newcombe, Reese, Snider, Furillo, Branca, Podres and more. A few of the autographs (none listed) are trimmed to cuts smaller than standard 3x5" index card size, but all project as 9/10 or better, with no noteworthy flaws to the cards with the obvious exception of the Rickey specimen. Great break down value here. LOA from PSA/DNA.
