Fred Snodgrass Handwritten Signed Note on "Victory Faust" Data Sheet. Data sheet provides typed information on Charles "Victory" Faust, a talentless pitcher kept on the New York Giants roster by manager John McGraw who was convinced the man was a lucky charm. Former "teammate" Snodgrass weighs in with a handwritten signed note at the close: "A book could be written on Charlie Faust--what a guy he was. Last time I saw him was in Seattle--he asked me to get McGraw to send him to Hot Spgs for a month to get in shape for spring training--died soon after. [signed] Fred Snodgrass." All ink 9+/10.
