Early 1960's Sandy Koufax Single Signed Baseball. In his prime, arguably the greatest pitcher the game has ever seen. And while Sandy is thankfully still alive and well, he remains the most elusive and valuable autograph of all living Cooperstown residents, making even modern day singles a tough and valuable commodity. But this offered sphere is several cuts above, boasting a gorgeous 8/10 unpersonalized side panel inscription, "Best Wishes, Sandy Koufax" on a milky-white ONL (Giles) baseball dating from Koufax' active duty. Hundreds of times more rare than the few baseballs Koufax has signed in the past decade, this "playing days" specimen is for advanced collectors who crave only the best. LOA from PSA/DNA.

The hammer price for my Mantle card significantly exceeded my admittedly conservative estimations, and I couldn't be more pleased.
